12 REASONS TO CHOOSE ETHICALLY SOURCED GOODS FROM MEXICO

Some of the most beautiful artisanal pottery, woven handbags, and embroidered fashion come from Mexico. This often means great quality, locally and ethically sourced, and more time to create a beautiful piece of work.

Fast fashion has no place here due to its overconsumption, wasteful practices, and toxic materials.

I suppose this may be a dealbreaker for some because it is ethically sourced from Mexico. This instance does mean it is an ethical business when it comes to the workers being treated fairly and under safe conditions. They make an equitable amount of handmaking for each good from the best sources in Mexico.

If you love Mexican art and culture, these tienditas (little stores) are well established with longtime sustainable ties to the artisans. They are handmade one-of-a-kind pieces with those little details that set them apart from machine-made cookie-cutter items made in mass.

So, prepare your China cabinets, that special hanger and garment bag, and that empty spot in your house waiting for the perfect centerpiece. You’re about to bring home the investment piece you will grab if you only have time to get one thing from your casa (house).

Prepare yourselves for your new, ✨investment piece✨.

I haven’t purchased from any of these businesses … yet, I know! This blog is to get the names of these Latina-owned ethically sourced businesses out there. Don’t get me wrong, I did a lot of “research” on these businesses by window shopping on their websites and there are so, so many things I love!

But, yes … yes, I am dyyying to make several purchases. You see, the way my bank account is set up (just kidding, Kevin Hart humor) … financially I’m in a position of only purchasing necessities. This is me being responsible in life. It sucks. But God is good and I am blessed. I know the day will come! Until then,

I LOVE to do product reviews. So, I’m also interested in creating content for gifted products for reviews posted on my platforms. 🙋🏻‍♀️
